9. How often do the beds become available?

Individuals being released from the county home or deaths of residents determine availability of beds. There is no way to determine how soon a bed becomes available. The township is on a rotation list at the county home with the other 18 townships in DeKalb County. We must wait until the county home contacts us with a bed and then we start calling through our list of names. Beds are offered as a man, woman, regular, or Medicare bed.
