Overweight permits are required for overweight vehicles traveling on DeKalb Township roads.
To request an overweight permit please follow these simple steps:

• Request your permit either by online submission or by PDF.
• If using the PDF version, please email the PDF to kgumino@dekalbtownship.org and csmith@dekalbtownship.org. The online form submits automatically when you click submit.
• Once your request has been reviewed and approved by Highway Commissioner Craig Smith, your signed permit will be emailed to you.
